BRACE YOURSELF: Lucky Sheffield United Fan Could Win £20,000 During Swansea Clash Thanks to Midnite Initiative

One lucky Sheffield United fan will win £20,000 if a brace is scored at Bramall Lane against Swansea on Friday thanks to Midnite.

Midnite, the principal partner of Sheffield United for the 2025/26 season, launched “Brace Yourself” - an initiative which will see a supporter financially rewarded if a Blades player scores twice in Bramall Lane Championship home games.

For every game without a brace, one thousand pounds is added to the prize pot for the next Championship home game.

One lucky fan will be hoping for a Blades player to score twice when Chris Wilder’s side host Swansea on Friday.

Fans in attendance will be able to enter the competition via QR codes which will be located around the stadium and matchday programme. By entering their age, name, and seat number, they will be immediately entered into the draw and be in with a shot of winning £20,000.

There will also be Midnite staff in attendance in the Bramall Lane fan zone to sign supporters up, along with flyers dotted around the stadium.

Midnite, who is also Southampton’s official training kit partner, runs the same initiative on the south coast, and paid out £8,000 to a lucky Saints fan when a brace was scored at St Mary’s earlier this season.

Andrew Mook, Midnite’s Head of Brand Marketing, said:

“Sheffield United have scored the seventh most league goals at home so far this season, but we are yet to see a player score twice, meaning the Brace Yourself prize pot has now rolled over to a huge £20,000.

“We’ve already paid out three lucky fans at Southampton this season and we’re keeping our fingers crossed we can do the same for Blades supporters before the campaign ends.

“Midnite will also match the prize pot and donate the same amount to a local charity, in a bid to repay some of the amazing work that they do within the local community.”
