Sunbet Italia has announced the integration of Fast Track's customer relationship management (CRM) platform, strengthening its technological capabilities across its online sports betting and casino operations.

The partnership will allow the Italian operator to centralise its CRM activities, combining player data from multiple gambling products into a single platform designed to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Operated by Betpremium S.r.l. and part of Gruppo Sun Bet, Sunbet Italia holds a licence from Italy's Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM). Its offering includes sports betting, online casino, live casino, poker, bingo, virtual sports and horse racing, alongside the group's retail betting network.

By adopting Fast Track, Sunbet aims to simplify campaign management, improve its understanding of customer behaviour and deliver more coordinated communications across its product portfolio.

Sunbet Italia Centralises CRM Operations

The integration addresses the challenges of managing customer engagement across multiple gambling verticals, which previously required Sunbet's team to work with separate systems.

Fast Track provides a unified platform that brings together player information and real-time data, allowing the operator to develop a more comprehensive understanding of customer activity.

Sunbet Italia's CRM Director explained that the previous approach made it difficult to assess player behaviour across different products.

“Our players use different products, from sports betting to casino, poker and bingo. Until now, the tools we had managed these separately, which made it harder to get a full picture of player behaviour,” the CRM Director said.“With Fast Track we have a single platform that lets us manage all of that information together, making our CRM activity more effective.”

The operator will also utilise Fast Track's Singularity model, which is designed to personalise customer experiences at an individual level rather than relying exclusively on traditional player segmentation.

The technology enables Sunbet to coordinate communications across its different products while maintaining oversight of its CRM activities in accordance with internal procedures and responsible gambling requirements.

Fast Track AI Supports Automated Campaign Management

Artificial intelligence forms a central part of the integration, with Sunbet Italia adopting Fast Track AI to automate elements of its customer engagement operations.

The platform allows employees to interact with AI tools conversationally in Italian, using natural language to manage tasks including data analysis, player segmentation, campaign creation and multichannel communications.

According to Sunbet, this functionality has simplified daily workflows and reduced the complexity associated with managing campaigns across different gambling products.

The operator's team retains responsibility for reviewing, approving and monitoring AI-supported activities, allowing automated processes to operate within its established internal controls.

Sunbet said the technology had already become an important part of its CRM operations, supporting its wider investment in automation and data-driven customer engagement.

Fast Track Expands Its Presence In Italy

The agreement strengthens Fast Track's presence in the Italian gambling market, where licensed operators must navigate extensive regulatory requirements while competing across multiple gaming verticals.

Fast Track Co-Founder and CEO Simon Lidzén welcomed the partnership, highlighting the opportunities presented by combining real-time data with personalised customer engagement.

“Italy is one of the most highly regulated markets in our industry, and Sunbet has built a broad and diversified offer within it,” Lidzén said.“We are proud to provide the technology that lets the team support lasting growth: real-time data, one-to-one personalisation and Fast Track AI to turn that potential into concrete results.”

Fast Track provides CRM and player engagement technology to gambling operators internationally, with offices in Malta, Sweden, Spain and the United States.

For Sunbet Italia, the integration represents another step towards consolidating its customer engagement operations, with the operator seeking to improve efficiency and deliver a more consistent experience across its sports betting and gaming products.
