Banijay Gaming Completes Sale of Majority Stake in bet-at-home
The transaction follows Banijay’s planned acquisition of Tipico Group, which is expected to close in mid-2026, paving the way for the formation of a new European gaming powerhouse.

Banijay Gaming has finalised the previously announced disposal of its majority holding in bet-at-home, the betting operator serving German and Austrian markets.
The transaction follows Banijay’s planned acquisition of Tipico Group, which is expected to close in mid-2026, paving the way for the formation of a new European gaming powerhouse.
In its nine-month report released in November, bet-at-home recorded net betting and gaming revenues of €27.3m, a decline from €29.6m in the same period the previous year.
Following the sale, Banijay Group CEO François Riahi and Betclic chief financial officer Véronique Giraudon have stepped down from their roles on the bet-at-home supervisory board.
