BetMakers Set to Acquire Las Vegas Dissemination Company in Strategic Move

BetMakers Technology Group has signed a binding heads of agreement to acquire the Las Vegas Dissemination Company (LVDC), the sole approved provider of pari-mutuel wagering services for racing in the state of Nevada, US.

LVDC currently holds three key licences, enabling it to operate as a disseminator, live broadcast disseminator, and pari-mutuel systems operator within Nevada.

Under the terms of the proposed deal, BetMakers would assume full ownership of LVDC’s assets, positioning the company to deliver what it described as “a launchpad for next-generation racing and wagering experiences in one of the world’s most iconic gaming destinations.”
