The company has also guided regional sports federations in monetizing data and safeguarding the integrity of sports across football, volleyball, and basketball. Additionally, Sportradar maintains formal agreements with Brazil’s Federal Police and Ministry of Finance, underlining its role as a trusted partner in the region.
The São Paulo office brings Sportradar’s total office count to 28, spanning 22 countries across five continents. Globally, Sportradar collaborates with more than 800 operators, 400 sports leagues, and 900 media companies.
Eduard Blonk, Chief Commercial Officer of Sportradar, remarked:
“We have already established a strong business foundation in Brazil and see immense growth opportunity, driven by its large population and widespread popularity of sports, in particular football, an area in which we excel globally.
“Furthermore, our commitment to preserving the integrity of Brazilian sports underscores Sportradar’s broader mission to foster a responsible and sustainable industry operating within a regulated environment.”
With this latest expansion, Sportradar is poised to play a pivotal role in the evolution of Brazil's sports betting industry while reinforcing its global leadership in sports data and integrity solutions.
