BOYLE Sports To Sponsor Manchester United v Leeds United Croke Park Friendly
The bookmaker will serve as title sponsor of the sold-out pre-season fixture in Dublin, which will become the first football match staged at Croke Park since 2009.
BOYLE Sports has been confirmed as title sponsor of the upcoming pre-season friendly between Manchester United and Leeds United at Croke Park in Dublin.
The fixture will officially be known as the BOYLE Sports Cup 2026 and will be broadcast live on ITV in the UK and Premier Sports in Ireland, providing the bookmaker with significant exposure across both markets.
The match will also mark the return of football to Croke Park for the first time in almost 17 years. The last fixture staged at the venue was the Republic of Ireland’s World Cup play-off against France in November 2009, before the controversial return leg in Paris that featured Thierry Henry’s handball in the build-up to the decisive goal.
Croke Park Fixture Sells Out
Despite being a pre-season friendly, demand for tickets has resulted in a sell-out, with both Manchester United and Leeds commanding substantial supporter bases in Ireland.
BOYLE Sports branding will appear across official match materials, inside Croke Park and throughout the broadcast coverage. The operator also plans to run a number of fan activations around the fixture.
The naming arrangement follows previous examples of bookmakers sponsoring individual football fixtures. West Ham United staged the Betway Cup between 2015 and 2024 during the operator’s period as the club’s principal sponsor.
BOYLE Sports Builds On Leeds United Partnership
The Croke Park sponsorship follows BOYLE Sports becoming Leeds United’s official betting partner in the UK and Ireland through a multi-year agreement announced in July.
As part of that wider partnership, the operator will receive branding exposure at Elland Road throughout the upcoming Premier League season, including LED advertising during home matches.
