Symplify Launches Insights To Give CRM Teams Greater Communications Visibility
Symplify has introduced Insights, a platform add-on that brings email, SMS and app push performance data into one dashboard to help CRM teams assess campaigns and automations.

Symplify has launched Symplify Insights, a new add-on designed to give CRM teams a consolidated view of communication performance across email, SMS and app push.
The Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider said the feature brings campaign and automation data together in dashboards integrated into its existing platform.
Insights uses data already available within Symplify, requires no additional setup and gives existing customers access to 12 months of historical data upon activation.
Dashboards Compare Performance And Identify Trends
Performance is automatically benchmarked against the previous equivalent period, helping teams identify successful activity, declining results and areas for improvement.
The Account Brief provides a one-page overview of CRM performance, while one-click views allow teams to examine specific aspects of their communications, including:
Whether they are sending communications too frequently.
How effectively automations are performing.
Which customer journeys require attention.
Which days generate the strongest communication performance.
Developed in collaboration with Symplify customers, Insights forms part of the company's ongoing investment in its platform, with further developments planned for future releases.
Insights To Be Showcased At SiGMA World
Symplify Insights is available as an add-on from 2 November and will be showcased at SiGMA World in Rome, running from 2–5 November, at stand H4-4006.
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, chief sales officer at Symplify, said:
“CRM teams want to immediately understand how this month compares with last, and which journeys need attention. Symplify Insights gives them that in one overview.“Our customers have helped shape development through feedback from their day-to-day CRM operations, and there’s plenty more to come.”
