Aristocrat Leisure to Acquire Awager in Latest Expansion Move
In June, Aristocrat Interactive announced a six-year partnership with the Michigan Lottery, while in September the company confirmed an exclusive slot area partnership with the Plaza Hotel & Casino.

Aristocrat Leisure has announced plans to acquire Awager for an undisclosed sum.
Awager specialises in omnichannel slot streaming, offering real-time casino gameplay that allows operators to engage players using third-party content via a new digital channel. The company aims to deliver a true omnichannel experience, seamlessly integrating online and land-based play — a concept still uncommon across the industry.
The acquisition is expected to help introduce Awager’s innovative content to a broader US audience. Headquartered in Israel, the company also has staff based in the United States and Eastern Europe.
This latest deal follows a series of strategic moves by Aristocrat. In June, Aristocrat Interactive announced a six-year partnership with the Michigan Lottery, while in September the company confirmed an exclusive slot area partnership with the Plaza Hotel & Casino.
Aristocrat has also strengthened its leadership team in recent weeks, appointing Dylan Slaney as Interactive CEO in mid-September, followed shortly after by Michael Daly as SVP.
