DraftKings Launches ‘My Budget Builder’ to Support Safer Gambling Habits

DraftKings has rolled out a new responsible gaming feature, My Budget Builder, designed to help online casino players and sports bettors manage their spending more effectively.
The tool enables users to set personalised limits across several areas, including deposit amounts, total wagered, maximum bet sizes, and loss caps. Players can also define limits on time spent, number of contest entries, and associated fees.
Budgets can be locked in for a chosen time period, with the option to reduce limits at any point. However, increases cannot be made until the set duration has passed.
Lori Kalani, Chief Responsible Gaming Officer at DraftKings, commented:
“By enhancing how players engage with limit-setting, we are providing another resource that players can use to help them play responsibly.”
The new tool builds on the momentum of My Stat Sheet—DraftKings’ player activity dashboard—which has reportedly seen 20 million visits since launching in early 2024.
