UKGC Launches New Licensing Service

The UK Gambling Commission has announced the launch of a new service; Apply for a Personal Licence. This new solution brings together all applications for personal licences (PML and PFL) and Annex A approvals.

This new service builds on the Commission’s continued commitment to improve the way it regulates by making it quicker and easier to apply for a personal licence or Annex A approval. The service is supported by an updated processing tool which means that applications should be processed more quickly whilst also providing regular updates on progress.

Helen Venn, Executive Director, said:

“I am very pleased that we can continue to automate our Licensing services by making it easier to apply but also quicker to process. This new service is a good example of delivering positive outcomes for users through collaboration between our Licensing and Digital teams.”
