Online casino brand, LeoVegas, has anounced that it has passed its eCogra asssemment. This means its player products and processes have been deamed adequate by The eCommerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA). 

As part of this assessment,  LeoVegas’ framework and routines for the protection of consumers were put to the test, with the certification agency finding the brand's gaming services to be “in conformity with the recommendations the European Commission has published for online gaming.” 

LeoVegas welcomed the assessment and was very vocal about the vitality of the evaluation to ensure a safe gaming experience, always.  

Gustaf Hagman, Group CEO LeoVegas, said: 

“Offering a safe and secure gaming experience and preventing minors from online gambling has always been our top priority. 

“It is therefore reassuring that LeoVegas’ work in this area has now been assessed and reviewed by an external, independent party that confirms we are in conformity with the Commission’s recommendations.

"But our work doesn’t end here; we will continue the need to develop and raise the bar within the entire industry, to ensure gaming remains an exciting and safe form of entertainment.” 

This framework approval has added to what has alreday been a postove few months for the LeoVegas brand, having recently won its fourth Online Casino of the Year Award at the pretsgious Global Gaming Awards.
