Bet365 Partners With Solas Compliance To Strengthen Global Marketing Compliance
The operator has appointed the AI-powered compliance specialist to support responsible marketing across its international business amid growing regulatory scrutiny.

Bet365 has entered into a partnership with Solas Compliance, a London-headquartered marketing compliance specialist that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses meet regulatory requirements.
The agreement will see Solas support the operator’s marketing compliance activities across its international business, with both companies emphasising the importance of maintaining consistent standards in different regulatory jurisdictions.
The partnership represents a significant commercial development for Solas, which has been expanding its relationships with gambling operators and other businesses operating in highly regulated industries.
Financial terms and the duration of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Bet365 Seeks Consistent Marketing Standards Across Global Markets
The appointment comes as gambling operators face increasingly complex advertising requirements across international markets.
In the UK, gambling advertising has been subject to sustained scrutiny, including renewed calls from some policymakers for a comprehensive ban. Australia is also pursuing reforms affecting gambling advertising, adding to the regulatory considerations facing operators with international operations.
For bet365, the agreement provides access to specialist compliance support as it seeks to maintain consistent marketing standards across the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Nathan Dale, Head of Marketing Compliance at bet365, said the operator had selected Solas for its expertise and reputation.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Solas Compliance,” Dale said.
“As a global business, it’s essential that our award-winning marketing activity meets the highest compliance standards in every market we operate in, and that responsible marketing remains central to everything we do.
“Solas Compliance’s expertise and reputation made them a natural choice as a partner, and we look forward to working closely with their team.”
The companies have not specified which elements of bet365’s marketing operations will be covered by the agreement or how Solas’s AI-powered technology will be deployed.
Solas Compliance Secures Major Operator Partnership
Solas Compliance provides marketing compliance services supported by AI technology, targeting businesses operating in sectors with extensive regulatory obligations.
The bet365 agreement represents an expansion of its gambling industry client relationships and follows several months of work between the two companies.
Neil Dillon, Founder and CEO of Solas Compliance, described the partnership as an important milestone for the business.
“Since my days at Flutter, bet365 have always stood out as one of the great brands, excelling in every aspect of what they do,” Dillon said.
“Partnering with them now means a great deal to us at Solas Compliance. bet365 is one of the most respected operators anywhere in the world, and working with a business of that scale and stature is a real testament to the standard of compliance support we provide.
“Responsible marketing is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to partner with a company that shares that same commitment. We’re looking forward to building a strong, long-term relationship together.”
In a separate LinkedIn post, Dillon confirmed that the agreement followed months of preparation and praised the bet365 team for its involvement throughout the process.
Solas also acknowledged the contributions of Manuel Sanchez Chavez, Jessie Keane, Barry Orr, Devaang Misra and Andrey Carvalho in securing the partnership.
Marketing Compliance Remains A Growing Industry Focus
The agreement reflects the operational challenges associated with managing gambling marketing across jurisdictions with different advertising rules and consumer protection requirements.
Operators must account for restrictions relating to promotional content, audience targeting and responsible gambling messaging, with failures potentially resulting in regulatory enforcement.
For compliance technology providers, these requirements create opportunities to support operators with specialist services and systems designed to manage regulatory obligations.
The bet365 partnership gives Solas Compliance a new international operator relationship, with both companies indicating that they intend to develop their collaboration over the longer term.
