Kambi Unifies Tzeract, Shape Games And Abios Under New Brand Identity

Kambi Group has launched a new corporate identity that brings its sportsbook technology, artificial intelligence, front-end and esports operations together under a single Kambi brand.

The company has introduced the positioning “Powerful Network. Proven Edge” as part of the refresh, which it says reflects its increasing focus on AI, network data and the development of more dynamic betting products. The move will see previously separate brands Tzeract, Shape Games and Abios incorporated into the wider Kambi identity.

Kambi Consolidates Acquired Businesses

Kambi has expanded its technology capabilities through a series of acquisitions and investments in recent years. The company acquired esports data specialist Abios in 2021, agreed to purchase front-end technology provider Shape Games in 2022 and established AI-powered trading operation Tzeract in 2023.

Those capabilities will now be presented under the Kambi name, with the group saying the consolidated structure will provide a clearer representation of its wider technology offering.

Kambi CEO Werner Becher said:

“AI is changing what’s possible, player expectations are evolving and operators need partners that can help them adapt and stay ahead.

“We’ve spent years building the technology, expertise and capabilities needed for that future. Today, we’re bringing that story together under one Kambi brand.”

The company's network currently includes more than 70 partners operating across over 100 regulated markets and processes approximately €17 billion in betting turnover annually.

AI And Data Central To Kambi Strategy

The rebrand comes as Kambi continues to increase its use of AI and data across its sportsbook technology. During the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Bet Builder accounted for 22% of all live bets processed by the company, compared with 3% during the 2022 tournament.

Gerard Starkey, Kambi SVP Marketing and Communications, said the updated positioning was intended to reflect the technological changes made across the business in recent years.

“Over recent years, Kambi has combined the power of AI, data and expertise to deliver significant advances across trading, product and performance,” Starkey said.

“Our new strategic positioning gives us a clearer and more compelling way to tell that story and demonstrate what sets Kambi apart.”

Revenue Increases During First Half Of 2026

The brand consolidation follows an improvement in Kambi's financial performance during the opening six months of 2026. Revenue reached €89.4 million for the first half of the year, representing an increase of 9.1% from €81.9 million during the same period in 2025.

Second-quarter revenue increased 13.5% year-on-year to €45.9 million, following revenue of €43.5 million during the opening quarter.

Kambi itself originated as Kambi Sports Solutions in 2010 from Unibet's B2B sportsbook operation. It subsequently became an independently listed company in 2014 when Unibet distributed its holding in Kambi to shareholders.

Unlike that earlier structural separation, the latest change retains the Kambi corporate name while bringing the group's acquired technologies and specialist businesses together under a unified identity.
