BVGroup Launches First SaaS Partnership with Rhino Entertainment’s Puntit Brand

BVGroup has officially entered the SaaS platform space, partnering with Rhino Entertainment Group to power the latter’s new global brand, Puntit, which will offer both sports betting and casino content.

The move represents a strategic milestone for the Gibraltar-based operator as it pivots towards a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The deal sees Rhino become BVGroup’s first external SaaS client, leveraging the company’s proprietary technology while retaining full operational control — a key appeal of BVGroup’s flexible white-label framework.

Puntit marks Rhino’s debut in sports betting, expanding beyond its casino roots, most notably with CasinoDays. For BVGroup, it’s another step forward in scaling its tech offering beyond its owned brands — BetVictor Casino, Heart Bingo, and UK operations for Betano and Parimatch.

A Strategic Shift in B2B Growth

Max Konrad, Director of B2B at BVGroup, called the partnership a “major” step in their platform provider ambitions:

“Our proprietary sportsbook technology, combined with Rhino’s proven player acquisition expertise, creates the perfect synergy to launch our first SaaS client in 2025.”

Ross Parkhill, CEO of Rhino Entertainment, highlighted the importance of maintaining brand control while scaling:

“BVGroup’s technology and sportsbook expertise perfectly complement our strengths. This collaboration allows us to bring a best-in-class sportsbook and casino experience to new audiences globally.”

With this launch, BVGroup signals its intent to compete in the global B2B platform market, offering partners a scalable, data-rich tech stack with the autonomy to build and operate bespoke betting and gaming brands. More SaaS partnerships are expected to follow.
