Evoke Acquires Romania's Winner.ro in Strategic €10 Million Deal

Operator Evoke, known for managing brands like William Hill, 888, and Mr Green, has acquired New Gambling Solutions S.R.L., the company behind Romania’s Winner.ro.

As part of the acquisition, Evoke will integrate its existing Romania business and contribute a cash consideration of €10 million ($11.12 million) for a 51% stake in the Romanian firm. This merger will unite 888.ro with Winner.ro to create a new, combined business.

Romania will now become Evoke’s fifth core market, alongside the UK, Italy, Spain, and Denmark.
