William Hill US CEO Joe Asher Steps Down
Asher has assumed the role of CEO since June 2012 when William Hill acquired his Brandywine Bookmaking business.

Just a day after Caesars completes the purchase of William Hill, Joe Asher, William Hill US CEO, has announced that he will be stepping down from his role.
Asher, who is regarded as a betting industry veteran, has assumed the role of CEO since June 2012 when William Hill acquired his Brandywine Bookmaking business.
The news of his departure comes less than 24 hours after Caesars completed the purchase of the bookmaker in a deal worth £2.9bn.
“We are thrilled to complete the acquisition of William Hill, combining two of the premier operations in the sports betting and iGaming industries under one roof,” said Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment.
“We look forward to announcing future sports partnerships that will drive long-term growth.”
Asher or Ceasars/William Hill are yet to comment on this change to the board.
