Flows Adds GAMWIT To Marketplace To Connect AI Insights With Real-Time Action
The integration brings BizAcuity’s predictive gaming analytics into the Flows ecosystem, allowing operators to connect player insights directly with operational workflows.

Flows has added BizAcuity’s AI-powered GAMWIT platform to its marketplace, creating a new integration designed to connect predictive player analytics with real-time operational actions.
The partnership will allow operators and platform providers using Flows to incorporate GAMWIT insights into existing workflows across areas including player engagement, retention, risk and compliance. Rather than analytics remaining within a separate reporting environment, the integration is intended to help operators act on player intelligence through the systems already used across their businesses.
GAMWIT has been developed specifically for gaming operators and uses predictive models covering areas such as player churn, lifetime value and early VIP identification. Its wider capabilities include game recommendations, bonus abuse prevention, responsible gambling and anti-money laundering, giving the partnership potential applications across both commercial and compliance functions.
Turning Player Insights Into Action
The integration centres on reducing the gap between identifying a change in player behaviour and deciding how an operator should respond. Flows acts as an orchestration layer between different technologies, allowing data and events from connected systems to be used within automated or operational workflows.
For example, churn predictions generated through GAMWIT could be incorporated into retention processes, while lifetime value and early VIP models could help operators identify customers requiring greater attention. The same principle can be applied to risk-related signals, although any intervention relating to responsible gambling, AML or suspected bonus abuse would remain subject to an operator’s own controls and review procedures.
Daniel de Souza, VP of Commercial at Flows, said:
“Predictive analytics are only really valuable if you can act on what they’re telling you. That’s what makes this partnership exciting. Bringing GAMWIT into Flows means operators can take those insights and turn them into real-time action, without creating another development project or waiting on dev resources.
“It’s about making that intelligence genuinely useful in the moment.”
GAMWIT Expands Through Flows Marketplace
For BizAcuity, the partnership provides another route for GAMWIT’s predictive intelligence to be incorporated directly into an operator’s technology stack. The platform is designed to turn player data into ranked predictions that can be delivered into CRM systems and other operational environments, rather than being used solely for retrospective analysis.
Connecting those capabilities with Flows means operators can potentially use the resulting intelligence as a trigger for existing processes, reducing the need to manually transfer information between analytics platforms and the systems responsible for carrying out subsequent actions.
Mantas Ruikis, Regional Sales Head for Europe at BizAcuity, said:
“Our goal with GAMWIT has always been to make high level player intelligence streamlined into operators to maximise value from existing players. Providing the output is not enough and partnering with Flows lets us deliver that experience directly to operators, giving them a seamless way to act on player behaviour the moment it happens.”
Flows Builds Out iGaming Technology Ecosystem
The addition of GAMWIT also expands the range of specialist technology available through the Flows Marketplace as operators increasingly seek to connect systems covering CRM, payments, analytics, compliance and player management.
Flows’ proposition is based around allowing those technologies to communicate and coordinate actions without requiring every new workflow to become a separate development project. Adding predictive analytics to that environment extends the model by allowing player intelligence to form part of those processes as events occur.
The partnership does not remove the need for operator oversight, particularly when analytics are used for responsible gambling, AML or other compliance purposes. However, by connecting GAMWIT’s predictive capabilities with Flows’ orchestration technology, the companies are seeking to make the transition from identifying player behaviour to taking an appropriate operational action faster and more straightforward.
