Created by Kaizen Labs, the company’s in-house innovation hub, the free-to-play experience combines live trivia gameplay with generative AI technology. Players can test their knowledge across a range of topics, including sport, entertainment and popular culture, while competing for prizes.

Kaizen Gaming has unveiled Betano Trivia, a new generative AI-powered live trivia game available to customers of its Betano brand across all 20 regulated markets where the operator currently operates.
Created by Kaizen Labs, the company’s in-house innovation hub, the free-to-play experience combines live trivia gameplay with generative AI technology. Players can test their knowledge across a range of topics, including sport, entertainment and popular culture, while competing for prizes.
According to Kaizen Gaming, artificial intelligence plays a central role throughout the experience, powering the virtual host, question generation, content development and audiovisual elements. The company noted that the product was built through collaboration between multiple teams across the business.
The launch marks another step in Kaizen Gaming’s broader adoption of generative AI technologies, adding a new layer of interactive entertainment to Betano’s sportsbook and iGaming offering.
George Kourakos, Director of Innovation at Kaizen Gaming, said:
“Betano Trivia demonstrates how AI can be used to create entirely new forms of entertainment and customer engagement. At Kaizen Gaming we never use technology for its own sake. We have a clear goal to elevate the world-class gaming experience we offer to our customers. What makes this achievement particularly special is that it was developed entirely by our internal teams, combining creativity, engineering excellence and a shared passion for innovation across the board.
