BlackRock Raises Stake in Caesars to 11.5% in Major Shareholding Increase
The move marks the first time BlackRock has held more than 11 per cent of Caesars since January 2021, when its ownership peaked at 12.8 per cent.

BlackRock has significantly increased its ownership in Caesars Entertainment, raising its stake from 6.38 per cent to 11.5 per cent and bringing its total holding to 23.37 million shares.
The move marks the first time BlackRock has held more than 11 per cent of Caesars since January 2021, when its ownership peaked at 12.8 per cent.
In the period since then, BlackRock’s shareholding in Caesars has fluctuated between 4.5 and 8.1 per cent, making this latest increase a notable shift in its investment position.
