iGaming News has named CreateFuture as its Official AI & Innovation Partner, bringing together two organisations with a shared ambition to help the iGaming industry better understand, navigate and adopt the technologies shaping its future.

The new partnership will see iGaming News and CreateFuture collaborate on a dedicated AI & Innovation Hub, creating a central destination for the latest thinking, expert insight and practical discussion around artificial intelligence and emerging technology in iGaming.

As AI moves rapidly from experimentation into real-world applications, the partnership will focus on the issues that matter most to operators, suppliers, technology providers and other businesses across the gaming ecosystem.

From AI-native operations and agentic AI to automation, compliance, player experience, trading, product development and software engineering, the hub will explore where AI is creating genuine opportunities for iGaming – and where the industry still needs to separate meaningful innovation from the hype.

The partnership comes at an important point in the industry's AI journey. Over the past two years, iGaming businesses have invested heavily in experimenting with generative AI and automation. The next challenge is moving beyond individual tools and pilots to understand how AI can be embedded into the wider organisation and deliver measurable, sustainable value.

iGaming News and CreateFuture will work together to bring that conversation directly to the industry.

The collaboration will feature regular interviews, expert commentary, thought leadership, analysis and original content, with CreateFuture providing specialist insight into AI, technology transformation and innovation.

The partnership launches with a two-part interview with Hassan Peymani, Industry Director, iGaming Division at CreateFuture, examining how the industry can move beyond AI pilots and towards becoming genuinely AI-native.

Part one, “Beyond the AI Pilot: Building the AI-Native iGaming Operator”, explores why so many AI initiatives struggle to make the leap from experimentation into production, how operators can rethink their people, processes, platforms and products and where agentic AI can deliver genuine operational impact.

Commenting on the partnership, Abigail Welch, Editor and Founder of iGaming News, said:

“AI is the biggest technology conversation taking place in iGaming and we wanted to do more than simply report on it. We wanted to create a dedicated space for the industry to properly explore it.

“CreateFuture is a fantastic partner for us because they understand both the technology and the iGaming environment. That combination is incredibly important. AI is developing at such speed that it can be difficult for businesses to understand what genuinely matters to them and what is simply noise.

“Together, we want to make the conversation more practical, more informed and more relevant to iGaming. This is about looking at how AI can actually change the way operators and suppliers work, where the opportunities are, what the risks are and what businesses should be doing now to prepare for what comes next.

“We are really excited to have CreateFuture alongside us as our Official AI & Innovation Partner. This is going to be a major area of coverage for iGaming News, and we want the hub to become a go-to destination for anyone in the industry looking to understand the future of AI.”

Hassan Peymani, Industry Director, iGaming Division at CreateFuture, said:

"Boards have stopped asking what AI can do. They are asking what it has returned.

That is a harder question, and most operators cannot answer it cleanly, because the value sits in isolated tools rather than in the way the organisation actually works. Becoming AI-native is a decision about people, processes, platforms and products. It is not a technology purchase.

The industry needs somewhere to work that through honestly, including where AI is not the answer. iGaming News has the reach and the editorial credibility to host that. We will bring the delivery experience, from trading platforms to compliance to engineering, and we will be candid about what we have seen fail as well as what has worked."
