Pragmatic Solutions Launches PAM Platform for Ireland’s Regulated iGaming Market
The milestone follows the introduction of Ireland's new licensing regime, with remote betting licences issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) officially coming into force on 1 July 2026.

Pragmatic Solutions has announced that its enterprise Player Account Management (PAM) platform is now live in Ireland, enabling operator partners to launch under the country's newly regulated remote betting framework.
The milestone follows the introduction of Ireland's new licensing regime, with remote betting licences issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) officially coming into force on 1 July 2026.
To support operators entering the market, Pragmatic Solutions has completed the platform development, front-end configuration, compliance capabilities and third-party integrations required to meet the requirements of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, alongside anti-money laundering (AML), responsible gambling and wider operational obligations.
The platform has been tailored specifically for the Irish market, incorporating localised player registration and onboarding journeys, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes, age verification, AML workflows, responsible gambling tools, account closure and dormant account functionality, payment and cashier restrictions, regulatory display requirements, operational reporting and comprehensive audit capabilities.
With Ireland's regulatory framework set to be introduced in additional phases, Pragmatic Solutions said it will continue to adapt its platform as new requirements emerge, including the anticipated B2B supplier licensing regime, ensuring clients remain compliant as further obligations take effect.
Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, said:
"Ireland is an important regulated market for our clients, and this launch reflects our continued focus on supporting operators as they enter new jurisdictions with the platform stability, flexibility and compliance readiness required to operate with confidence."
Michael Boylan, COO of Pragmatic Solutions, added:
"Regulated market entry depends on disciplined delivery across product, compliance, engineering and operations. For Ireland, our focus was to ensure the platform, integrations and processes were configured to meet local requirements from the point of market opening."
Pragmatic Solutions' PAM platform provides operators with a comprehensive suite of tools for managing player accounts, wallets, CRM, customer segmentation, bonus management, KYC, AML, responsible gambling, fraud prevention, reporting, business intelligence and back-office operations through its modular, API-first architecture.
Its extensive integration ecosystem enables operators to choose the technology partners that best align with their commercial strategy, while providing a scalable and compliant platform designed for regulated market operations.
