Grosvenor Reveals £15m Transformation of Flagship London Casino
The redevelopment positions the casino to benefit from reforms introduced following the Gambling Act Review.

Grosvenor Casinos has unveiled the results of a £15m refurbishment at The Victoria, its flagship venue in West London, marking one of the most significant investments in the operator’s estate to date.
The redevelopment positions the casino to benefit from reforms introduced following the Gambling Act Review. As part of the changes, The Victoria will increase its gaming machine allocation to 80 and offer sports betting facilities to customers for the first time.
A series of upgrades have been completed throughout the property, including a striking new entrance and exterior, a reconfigured first floor to accommodate additional gaming machines, and an expanded outdoor gaming terrace featuring a retractable roof. Guests will also have access to a newly introduced outdoor bar, while the restaurant and other public areas have been redesigned with upgraded interiors and finishes.
“This £15m renovation marks our boldest investment ever in a single site and is a statement of intent to modernise Grosvenor’s presence in London and across other casinos in England and Wales in line with the opportunities provided to us by the new legislation,” said Mark Harper, managing director at Grosvenor Casinos.
