Caesars Entertainment Opens New Race & Sportsbook in Summerlin
The Caesars Race & Sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin celebrated its grand opening this week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by company executives and representatives from the resort.

Caesars Entertainment has officially opened a new retail sportsbook in Summerlin, bringing in-person and mobile sports wagering to the western Las Vegas Valley.
The Caesars Race & Sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin celebrated its grand opening this week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by company executives and representatives from the resort. Former Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Deryk Engelland also took part in the event, placing the ceremonial first bet.
Designed to provide an immersive game-day experience, the nearly 6,000-square-foot sportsbook currently features a large video wall, with plans to add a 360-degree LED video display at the expanded sportsbook bar ahead of summer 2026.
The venue includes 20 Caesars Sportsbook self-service betting kiosks located inside the sportsbook and throughout the casino, giving guests access to thousands of betting markets that mirror those available on the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.
For the first time at a physical sportsbook location in Summerlin, sports fans can also complete in-person registration for the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app and make mobile cash deposits and withdrawals on site.
“This opening marks a significant milestone for our brand in Las Vegas,” said Eric Hession, president of Caesars Digital. “This location allows us to better serve sports fans in the Summerlin community with a retail and mobile experience that reflects the quality, depth and innovation that define Caesars Sportsbook.”
Michelle McHugh, vice president and general manager of The Resort at Summerlin, added:
“Our guests have been asking for this, and we’re proud to officially open Caesars Race & Sportsbook as part of the continued evolution of the resort.
“As the first Caesars Race & Sportsbook in Summerlin, this opening underscores the strength of our market, and we’re excited to offer an experience that resonates with locals and visitors alike.”
