MGM Resorts Partners with BetBlocker to Strengthen Responsible Gambling Measures
The BetBlocker app is also listed on BetMGM’s website, alongside Gamban, as a recommended tool for restricting access to gambling sites.

MGM Resorts International has announced a partnership with BetBlocker, a free gambling-blocking software, which is now featured on the operator’s Responsible Gambling page.
The Responsible Gambling section on the MGM Resorts website highlights a range of tools and educational resources – from debunking common gambling myths to guides on setting deposit and time limits, identifying signs of gambling harm, and now, a dedicated subheading for BetBlocker.
The BetBlocker app is also listed on BetMGM’s website, alongside Gamban, as a recommended tool for restricting access to gambling sites.
Available across multiple platforms – including iOS, Android, Windows, Apple, Linux, and Fire OS – the BetBlocker software prevents access to both regulated and unregulated gambling websites and apps. It is accessible globally in several languages.
Good to know: MGM Resorts’ renewed focus on responsible gambling comes as it prepares to host a series of F1-themed fan zones and events ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, taking place from 20–23 November.
Pedro Romero, BetBlocker’s Chief of Safer Gambling Partnerships, commented:
“We are very excited to announce that MGM Resorts International has partnered with BetBlocker to strengthen player protection efforts.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to making safer gambling tools accessible, visible, and stigma-free, ensuring that help is always within reach. Big thanks to the MGM team and especially to Garrett and Richard for their leadership and support in prioritising safer gambling and digital wellbeing.”
