Inteliumlaw Launches Ontario Gaming Licensing Service
Inteliumlaw has introduced an end-to-end Ontario gaming licensing service for operators and suppliers seeking to enter the province’s regulated iGaming market.

Inteliumlaw has launched a dedicated service to support gambling operators and suppliers seeking gaming licences in Ontario.
The legal advisory firm said the service will provide end-to-end assistance for businesses looking to establish a regulated presence in Canada, initially focusing on Ontario before expanding its support into additional provincial markets.
Inteliumlaw cited Ontario’s continued growth and an Ipsos study reporting that 91.1% of online gamblers in the province use licensed platforms as factors supporting demand for specialist licensing services.
Inteliumlaw Targets Growing Canadian Market
Elena Sadovskaya, Legal & Business Professional at Inteliumlaw, said:
“Google ‘Anjouan,’ and hundreds of consultancies will be ready to assist. Do the same with ‘Ontario,’ and you can count firms providing dedicated licensing support on one hand.
“Ontario has reached a point where nobody questions its attractiveness but rather seeks how to enter it the most effectively. The province’s record-breaking performance continues to guarantee rising demand, and our goal is to give Inteliumlaw clients everything they need to succeed in the market, turning that interest into compliant, future-proof structures designed for long-term growth.”
The firm expects further regulated provincial markets to emerge across Canada and intends to expand its licensing support accordingly.
Sadovskaya previously outlined the strategy in an interview with G&M News, stating that Inteliumlaw planned to introduce support for Ontario and Alberta before potentially adding other Canadian provinces.
Licensing Process Estimated At Six To Nine Months
Inteliumlaw has begun accepting enquiries from gambling businesses seeking assistance with entering Ontario’s regulated iGaming market.
The firm estimates that securing an Ontario gaming licence with its support could take between six and nine months, depending on the complexity of the project and the applicant’s level of preparation.
Businesses can submit enquiries through Inteliumlaw’s contact form, with the firm stating that representatives aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving the required contact information and details of the prospective client’s requirements.
