APERCON Calls for a Global CEO to Lead Tier-1 iGaming Expansion

APERCON, one of the leading C-level executive search and advisory firms in the global iGaming industry, has announced the launch of an executive search for a Chief Executive Officer to lead B2C iGaming business development across Tier-1 markets in a project with more than 25 mln monthly GGR.

The search comes amid the continued expansion of operators into regulated markets and the increasing complexity of regulated B2C operating across Tier-1 GEOs. Stronger regulatory requirements, high player acquisition costs, sophisticated payment infrastructure, and intense competition for high-quality traffic are significantly raising expectations for executives leading these businesses.

APERCON notes that traditional operational experience alone is no longer sufficient for a modern Tier-1 CEO. The executive must have a deep understanding of how high-performance iGaming platforms operate within regulated markets, including the relationship between product, marketing and traffic acquisition, payment systems, compliance, and overall commercial performance.

Among the key requirements for candidates are hands-on experience across at least three European GEOs, a proven track record of bringing iGaming businesses to profitability, and demonstrated experience in building teams from the ground up.

However, a licence, technology platform, or access to investment capital alone is no longer enough to guarantee success.
