Trivelta Acquires Kerma Games For Proprietary Content And Entertainment IP
The acquisition adds Kerma Games’ proprietary content, celebrity partnerships and live dealer capabilities to Trivelta’s wider B2B technology ecosystem.

Trivelta has acquired iGaming content studio Kerma Games, adding the supplier’s portfolio of original and celebrity-led games, as well as its planned 24/7 live dealer studio, to its wider business.
Kerma Games will continue to operate under its own brand following the acquisition, retaining its creative identity, product strategy and commercial presence in the market.
Its content will also remain available independently to operators and platforms outside Trivelta’s technology ecosystem.
Content And Entertainment Partnerships
Alongside its portfolio of original games, Kerma Games has secured long-term, multi-year partnerships with figures from music, sport and culture, including Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby, Sexyy Red and Luka Modrić.
Trivelta said the acquisition creates opportunities to extend these entertainment and talent partnerships across its wider product ecosystem, while giving Kerma additional resources, technology and international reach to support game development and expand its global distribution.
Carson Hubbard, CEO of Trivelta, said:
“Kerma Games has built something genuinely different in a market where standing out is becoming increasingly difficult. It combines strong technology and game development with a clear understanding of entertainment, culture and globally recognised talent, and we’ve already seen that translate into real success across our client portfolio. We believe that combination has enormous potential.”
Expanding Trivelta’s Content Offering
Hubbard said the acquisition represented more than the addition of another games studio to Trivelta’s portfolio.
“For Trivelta, this acquisition is about much more than adding another games studio to our portfolio. We are investing in a brand with a distinctive identity, an ambitious product roadmap, including a 24/7 live casino studio that will bring Kerma’s games to life in an entirely new format, and the potential to become one of the most recognisable names in iGaming.”
He added:
“Kerma has already demonstrated what can happen when gaming, entertainment and cultural relevance come together. With Trivelta behind it, we now have the opportunity to accelerate that vision, expand its global reach and take the brand to an entirely new level.”
For Trivelta, the acquisition adds proprietary gaming content and entertainment intellectual property capabilities to its existing B2B technology ecosystem, creating opportunities to expand the range of products and experiences it can offer to operators.
Kerma To Retain Its Brand
Liam Tassiello, COO and Founder of Kerma Games, said the acquisition would provide the studio with additional resources and reach while allowing it to retain its existing identity and creative direction.
“This is a major step forward for Kerma. We built the company around the ambition of creating games and partnerships that players genuinely remember, and joining Trivelta gives us the resources and reach to pursue that ambition on a much larger scale.
“Kerma remains Kerma. The brand, team and creative direction continue, but we can now develop more content, reach significantly more operators and platforms, and pursue bigger opportunities across gaming, entertainment and culture.
“For our partners, this means the same Kerma they know, but with a much stronger foundation behind it. We’re only getting started.”
