iGB L!VE Launches Africa Summit in Partnership with African iGaming Alliance
The latest WorldGaming initiative, organised by Clarion Events, will see the newly formed AiA partner on the iGB L!VE Africa Summit taking place on Wednesday, 1 July.

iGB L!VE has announced the launch of an Africa Summit in collaboration with the African iGaming Alliance (AiA), as part of this year’s event.
The latest WorldGaming initiative, organised by Clarion Events, will see the newly formed AiA partner on the iGB L!VE Africa Summit taking place on Wednesday, 1 July.
The summit will gather regulators, operators, suppliers and other key stakeholders from across Africa’s iGaming sector to explore market entry strategies, growth opportunities and investment prospects.
AiA CEO Peter Emolemo Kesitilwe, formerly of the Botswana gambling regulator, said:
“Africa is one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in global gaming. Through our partnership with WorldGaming, we want to ensure African regulators, policymakers and industry leaders are not just part of the global conversation but helping to shape it.
“The Africa Summit at iGB L!VE will be the first expression of that partnership, creating a platform for practical collaboration, knowledge exchange and sustainable market growth.”
Driving Growth in African iGaming
WorldGaming Managing Director Stuart Hunter said:
“We are delighted to be working with the African iGaming Alliance to launch the Africa Summit at iGB L!VE.
“Africa represents one of the most important growth opportunities in global gaming, but success depends on market knowledge, regulatory understanding and trusted local engagement. The Summit has been created to give delegates exactly that.”
M&A Summit to Explore Sector Consolidation
Alongside its focus on Africa, iGB L!VE will also examine mergers and acquisitions across the iGaming industry.
Bally’s Corporation CEO Robeson Reeves is among those confirmed to attend.
Hunter added:
“Legislative and fiscal developments, including the increase in UK gaming taxes announced in the November 2025 budget, evolving European regulations and wider global legislative adjustments, have prompted the introduction of the World Gaming M&A Summit.”
