Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG), the Malta-based esports and gaming company, has been named Strategic Esports Partner for AffPapa Conference Cancun 2026, which takes place in Cancun, Mexico, from 23 to 25 November.

The activation forms part of the wider strategic partnership between Nordic Network Ltd and AffPapa and will bring esports directly onto the main conference floor, making it an integral part of the event rather than a standalone side activation. Delegates will be able to try competitive gaming for themselves in the Esports Zone across all three days of the event.

Fabian Broich, Director of Nordic Partners Gaming, commented:

“AffPapa Conference Cancun gives us a great opportunity to bring esports directly into an iGaming environment and create something people can enjoy first-hand. Having FreeZe with us makes the experience much more authentic. Attendees won’t just be watching from the sidelines; they’ll have the chance to get involved and play with a professional themselves.”

Anyone visiting the zone can sit down at a gaming station and play with NPG’s professional player and streamer FreeZe, who will be in Cancun for the duration of the conference. Bringing esports onto the main floor is intended to give delegates a direct feel for the audience NPG works with, rather than simply hearing about it through panel discussions.

The sponsorship follows the recent launch of Nordic Partners Gaming, established by Nordic Network Ltd to help esports organisations and gaming creators build stronger, more sustainable commercial foundations, while helping licensed iGaming companies better understand and connect with gaming audiences.

AffPapa Conference Cancun 2026 brings together affiliates, operators and B2B companies from across the industry for three days of networking, meetings and discussion, with a focus on the LatAm market.

Yeva Avagyan, Head of Commercial at AffPapa at AffPapa, said:

“We're excited to have Nordic Partners Gaming bring esports to AffPapa Conference Cancun. The Esports Zone will give attendees something a little different to get involved in, and with FreeZe joining the NPG team, they'll have the chance to play alongside a professional player. It's a fun addition to the event, and we can't wait to see everyone get involved.
