While retail NGR across the operator’s UK brands declined two per cent, online NGR increased by 15 per cent, helping drive overall growth in the UK and Ireland segment of six per cent.

Entain said 2025 net gaming revenue (NGR) for its UK and Ireland-facing brands came in ahead of expectations, as total group revenue rose three per cent to £5.3bn.
While retail NGR across the operator’s UK brands declined two per cent, online NGR increased by 15 per cent, helping drive overall growth in the UK and Ireland segment of six per cent. The group owns major betting brands including Ladbrokes and Coral.
“2025 has been a strong year for our UK&I business, consistently performing ahead of expectations and reporting NGR growth of six per cent year-on-year,” said Stella David.
“Online growth of 15 per cent was a notable highlight as the business demonstrated continuing strong underlying momentum despite lapping tougher comparators in the second half from 2024's strengthening performance.
“This impressive year-on-year performance sees us regaining market share.”
Entain added that its UK and Ireland retail division “outperformed the underlying market”, with NGR flat on a like-for-like basis. The result was supported by digital in-shop environments including Group BetStation sports betting terminals and Kascada gaming cabinets.
Across the wider business, gross profit increased three per cent to £3.2bn, while underlying EBITDA rose seven per cent to £1.16bn.
During Q4, total NGR outside the US grew three per cent, rising to seven per cent when including the operator’s joint venture with BetMGM.
For the full year, Entain’s International segment reported flat NGR year-on-year, while the Central and Eastern Europe division delivered growth of seven per cent.
