For the 12-month period ending 30 September, group revenue reached US$6.3bn — an 11% year-on-year increase on a reported basis and 8% in constant currency terms compared to the previous corresponding period (PCP).

Aristocrat Leisure’s chief executive officer and managing director, Trevor Croker, described the 2025 financial year as a “period of positive transition” as the company released its latest financial results.
For the 12-month period ending 30 September, group revenue reached US$6.3bn — an 11% year-on-year increase on a reported basis and 8% in constant currency terms compared to the previous corresponding period (PCP).
EBITDA rose 16% on a reported basis and 12% in constant currency terms, reaching $2.6bn. The Group maintained flexibility in its balance sheet, reporting a net debt position of $423m and liquidity of $2bn at the end of the period.
“We delivered on our second half performance commitments and achieved a strong group result for the full year, with double-digit growth across most key metrics,” said Croker. “This illustrates the quality of Aristocrat’s portfolio and ability to grow through different operating environments while also investing for the future.
“The group delivered strong revenue and EBITDA growth over the year, again benefitting from strong organic growth and an outstanding portfolio of content across the group. This result once again highlights our market leadership and scale as fundamental strengths of the business, supported by a focus on efficiency and extracting operating leverage as we grow.
“$1.4bn of cash was returned to shareholders through dividends and on-market share buy-backs, in line with the group’s capital allocation framework.”
The company’s strong performance underscores Aristocrat’s continued leadership and resilience in the global gaming industry.
