Bally’s Reports Double-Digit Online Growth and Strong Casino Performance in Q3
In the UK, online revenue for the omnichannel casino and betting operator increased by 8%, while North America Interactive revenue rose 13.1% year-on-year to US$49.9 million.

Bally’s Corporation has reported a strong third quarter, with double-digit online revenue growth in North America and solid performance across its land-based casinos and resorts.
In the UK, online revenue for the omnichannel casino and betting operator increased by 8%, while North America Interactive revenue rose 13.1% year-on-year to US$49.9 million.
International Interactive revenue declined by 6.9% to $215.1 million, primarily due to the sale of Bally’s Asia interactive business in 2024. However, excluding that divestiture, international interactive revenue grew 11.7% year-on-year.
Bally’s said it remains focused on expanding its online presence, including in the UK, following the sale of its international interactive business to Intralot.
Total company revenue climbed 5.4% to $633.7 million, driven by a 12.1% increase in casinos and resorts revenue to $396.1 million.
Bally’s CEO Robeson Reeves said:
“The combination of Bally’s International Interactive and Intralot created a global iGaming and lottery champion with enhanced scale, diversification and a highly complementary product offering across B2G, B2B and B2C channels.”
He added:
“Intralot is now one of the largest listed companies on the Athens Stock Exchange, and the combined entity is expected to generate approximately €1.1 billion in annual revenue.
With industry-leading EBITDA margins in excess of 39 per cent, driven by operational synergies, cross-market opportunities and continued data-driven innovation, Intralot is superbly positioned to unlock significant cross-selling opportunities and drive growth and long-term value creation.”
Reeves also confirmed that construction of Bally’s permanent gaming and entertainment destination resort in Chicago is “in full swing,” following initial funding from Gaming and Leisure Properties International in October.
“In summary, with Bally’s 2.0, and now Intralot, we have created a scaled, global omnichannel provider of retail and online experiences by expanding globally as a gaming, lottery and entertainment operator,” Reeves said.
“We continue to demonstrate strategic and prudent use of our capital resources to drive growth and returns for our stakeholders. Combined with our operational expertise and long-term vision, we are eagerly and aggressively pursuing the many growth opportunities before us.”
