Hacksaw Gaming Sets Sights on Nasdaq Stockholm IPO with 15% Share Offering

Hacksaw Gaming has revealed plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on 25 June 2025, listing 15% of its shares on the Swedish Stock Exchange (Nasdaq Stockholm).

The offering will consist of nearly 43.5 million existing shares, representing 15% of the company, with an estimated value of SEK 3.48 billion (approximately $350 million). The share sale, approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, forms part of a broader strategy to secure additional funding and expand the company’s footprint.

Should the IPO see strong demand, the company has included an ‘over-allotment option’ which, if fully exercised, will permit the sale of a further 6.5 million shares. This would raise the total to 50 million shares—equivalent to 17.3% of Hacksaw Gaming—bringing the potential valuation to SEK 3.85 billion. Shares have been priced at SEK 77, placing the company’s total valuation at SEK 22 billion.

The move comes shortly after the company addressed a regulatory issue in April, when it paid a SEK 20,000 fine after it was discovered that two operators were offering Hacksaw content without the necessary licensing.

Hacksaw Gaming has been steadily expanding its regulated presence. In December, the company secured a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority, formally entering the Danish market.

In Q4 2024, Hacksaw also partnered with Sky Betting and Gaming, enabling a selection of its iGaming content to go live on the operator’s platform, marking another milestone in its European growth strategy.
