Bet365 Enters Peru’s iGaming Market, Expanding LatAm Presence

Bet365 has officially launched its iGaming and sports betting offerings in Peru, marking a significant step in the operator’s strategy to grow its footprint in the Latin American (LatAm) region.

After securing a license from Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), bet365 has successfully entered the Peruvian market. The initial rollout will include a variety of services such as sports betting, online gaming, live streaming, and in-play betting. This expansion marks bet365's fourth market entry in LatAm, following its initial ventures into the region in 2022.

Further LatAm growth may be on the horizon as bet365 awaits the outcome of its licensing application in Brazil, a soon-to-be-regulated and highly anticipated market. Meanwhile, the operator has been actively expanding in North America, launching fixed odds horse racing in New Jersey and Colorado through a partnership with Betmakers in June, followed by its entry into Pennsylvania in July.

Commenting on this venture in South America, A spokesperson for bet365 said:

"We are delighted to launch a dedicated bet365 website in Peru, the fourth largest country in the region, known for its vibrant culture and dynamic population.

“As well as our unrivalled sports betting experience, our customers in Peru can now enjoy a comprehensive range of offerings, including casino games, live casino action and poker."
