Evolution Secures Isle of Man Software Supplier Licence

Evolution has successfully obtained a Software Supplier Licence from the Isle of Man, allowing the company to offer its services to operators licensed in this growing jurisdiction. The Isle of Man has become an increasingly attractive hub for gaming companies due to its robust regulatory framework.

The licence was secured with the assistance of eGaming consultancy SolutionsHub, which guided Evolution through the licensing process. The Isle of Man has seen a rise in interest from software providers looking to establish credibility and demonstrate trustworthiness within the online gaming sector.

James O’Kelly, Head of Operations at SolutionsHub, commented:

Earlier this year, Evolution announced its plans to acquire Galaxy Gaming, a provider of casino table games, in a deal valued at $85 million. This acquisition is part of Evolution’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the US market, with the transaction expected to close by mid-2025, pending regulatory approvals.

Additionally, Evolution has expanded its operations in the US by launching live casino games in Delaware through a partnership with BetRivers in 2024. These developments highlight Evolution's commitment to growing its market reach and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
