The role
Tigerbet is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to support the growth of its affiliate programme through Big Cat Affiliates, managing day-to-day partner relationships and campaign admin.
This is an ideal first or second role in iGaming affiliate marketing. Reporting to the Head of Affiliate Management, you will help recruit new affiliates, keep partner campaigns up to date, prepare performance reports and make sure affiliate queries are answered quickly. Full training on affiliate platforms and deal structures will be provided.
What you'll do
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate partners.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for affiliate queries and requests.
- Update banners, tracking links, landing pages and promotional materials for partners.
- Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports.
- Monitor partner sites to ensure campaigns are live, accurate and compliant.
- Assist with negotiating smaller affiliate deals and testing new traffic sources.
- Help coordinate affiliate promotions with the CRM and marketing teams.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or a related commercial role (iGaming experience a plus, not essential).
- Understanding of how affiliate marketing works, including tracking links and commission models.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships over email, chat and calls.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and a willingness to learn reporting and affiliate platforms.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently in a remote team.
