  • Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality and player value; act quickly on underperforming or non-compliant partners.
  • Work with compliance to ensure affiliate marketing meets UKGC and other regulatory standards.
  • Represent the brand at industry events such as iGB Affiliate, SBC and Sigma.
  • Report channel performance, forecasts and insights to senior leadership.

  • Strong existing network of affiliate contacts in casino and/or sports verticals.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert or NetRefer.
  • Commercially sharp negotiator with solid understanding of rev share, CPA and hybrid deal economics.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with tracking, attribution and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; self-starter who thrives remotely.

Benefits

  • Fully remote working.
  • Performance-based bonus scheme.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Travel to major industry conferences and affiliate events.
