What you'll do
- Building HR processes, managing the recruiting department and HR BP;
- Developing and implementing an employee motivation system;
- Forming and implementing an onboarding plan;
- Organizing team work, conducting performance reviews, 1-on-1 meetings and other events;
- Monitoring key performance indicators;
- Developing and strengthening the company’s HR brand.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Director;
- Professional experience in hiring employees in the following areas: Traffic arbitrage, Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, CPA networks, betting or IT;
- Ability to build processes in distributed teams;
- Excellent management skills, results-oriented and highly responsible;
- English proficiency at least Intermediate;
- Initiative, ability to prioritize and strive to develop both yourself and the company.
