What you'll do
- Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategy.
- Scale paid traffic channels and new GEOs.
- Manage advertising budgets and traffic performance.
- Monitor CPA, ROI, ROAS, FTD, NGR and other key KPIs.
- Lead the traffic team and drive performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Affiliate, Product and Analytics teams.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in traffic acquisition / performance marketing.
- 3+ years in a Head of Traffic or similar leadership role.
- Experience in iGaming.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid traffic and scaling.
- Experience managing significant budgets and multiple GEOs.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills. Apply
