What you'll do

Overseeing legal support for the holding company and its subsidiaries
Advising on corporate structure, registration, and reorganization
Supporting M&A, investment, and financial transactions
Coordinating with in-house and external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
Assisting with personal tax and legal strategies for HNWI

What you'll bring

5+ years as Head of Legal in an international fund or family office, or as a partner in a legal firm
Expertise in investment, corporate, commercial and tax law
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
