What you'll do

Overseeing legal support for the holding company and its subsidiaries
Advising on corporate structure, registration, and reorganization
Supporting M&A, investment, and financial transactions
Coordinating with in-house and external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
Assisting with personal tax and legal strategies for HNWI

What you'll bring

5+ years as Head of Legal in an international business or family office, or as a partner in a legal firm
Expertise in corporate, commercial, and tax law
LLM from a Top 50 World Law School (preferred)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
