The role
APERCON is hiring a Head of Country / Country Manager for a Tier-1 iGaming B2C market, with full ownership of country operations and market performance.
The role carries P&L and GGR responsibility across acquisition, retention, marketing performance, traffic, payments and local team build-out in a competitive Tier-1 market.
What you'll do
- Full ownership of country operations and market performance.
- Managing P&L, GGR, and key business performance indicators.
- Driving growth strategy, acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
- Managing marketing campaigns, traffic channels, affiliates, and media buying efficiency.
- Overseeing payment solutions, conversion rates, and player funnel optimization.
- Building and managing high-performing local teams and operational processes.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in Head of Country / Country Manager / C-level roles in iGaming B2C.
- 5+ years of experience working with Tier-1 markets.
- Strong expertise in P&L ownership, GGR growth, marketing performance, traffic, payments, and operational KPIs.
- Proven ability to scale country operations and manage business performance in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
