What you'll do
- Lead and scale a portfolio of 4 iGaming projects across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
- Conduct strategic audit and restructuring of teams and operational structures
- Build and manage C-level and senior leadership teams
- Drive achievement of commercial targets, growth KPIs, and performance metrics
- Scale business operations and expand market presence
- Oversee core business verticals including legal, finance, operations, B2B and B2C ecosystem
What you'll bring
- Senior leadership experience in iGaming / betting / online casino industry
- Proven track record of scaling complex gaming projects or platforms
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and C-level executives
- Strategic mindset with focus on growth, performance and operational efficiency
