What you'll do

Build and scale HR automation strategy (recruitment, onboarding, performance, comp, offboarding)
Implement and customize HR systems: HRIS, ATS, LMS
Use no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) to automate processes
Integrate AI tools: chatbots, analytics, semantic search
Ensure smooth cross-system integrations and data flow
Collaborate with IT, finance, legal on scalable solutions

What you'll bring

4+ yrs in HR Tech / Automation / HR Ops
Hands-on with Workday, HiBob, Personio, or similar
No-code / low-code automation skills
Basic scripting / API knowledge
Solid grasp of full HR lifecycle
English: Upper-Intermediate+
Chatbot implementation
HR analytics & dashboards
Budgeting & headcount planning automation
