- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners
- Craft and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive scalable traffic
- Refine internal affiliate workflows for optimal performance
- Be fully accountable for affiliate revenue streams and KPIs
- Represent the brand at major conferences, expos, and industry gatherings
What you'll bring
- Proven track record (3+ years) in leading affiliate operations at ASIA market
- 5+ years expertise in affiliate marketing within the iGaming space
- In-depth knowledge of Asian market dynamics
- Proficiency in English — both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation and high-level planning
- Experience managing affiliate profit and loss reports
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced team environment
