What you'll do
- Take full ownership of the product’s market entry, development and business performance
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage local operations and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Analyse market trends, competitors and user behaviour
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Work closely with C-level leadership on key business decisions
What you'll bring
- Proven experience launching an iGaming product in a European market is mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in iGaming, with strong knowledge of Tier-1 European markets
- Proven track record as a Country Manager / Head of Region
- Strong understanding of market strategy, P&L, budgeting, KPIs and growth metrics
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Fluent English
