What you'll bring

Minimum 5 years in a CTO or similar leadership role within iGaming, gambling.
Proven experience in building and managing high-performing tech teams.
Strong expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and DevOps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
