What you'll bring
- Proven experience in a similar role within the iGaming sector
- Track record of obtaining gaming licenses and working with regulators across 15+ jurisdictions
- Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem: licensing, payments, and full compliance cycle
- Strong expertise in legal and regulatory risk management
- Experience working with PSPs, KYC/AML procedures, and international corporate structures
- Team management experience (10+ direct reports)
- Ability to structure legal operations from the ground up
- Hands-on experience covering the full legal scope of an iGaming holding
