What you'll bring

5+ years in senior finance roles (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent) in iGaming companies with multi-geo operations.
Proven experience in managing financial processes and teams across several countries.
Strong ability to influence strategic business decisions and coordinate with top management.
Knowledge of iGaming, fintech, or other high-risk industries is a strong plus.
Expertise in financial strategy, compliance, cross-legal and international transactions.
Leadership skills and experience managing multicultural teams.
Strategic mindset with hands-on involvement in key business processes.
