The role

We are looking for a strategic Chief Financial Officer with experience in iGaming/gambling/fintech/high-risk operations to lead our FinTech partner!

We are seeking a CFO who will take full ownership of building and developing the company’s financial function at a strategic level, including cash flow management, financial control, banking infrastructure, management reporting, tax compliance in line with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the company’s international growth. This role requires a high level of independence and responsibility.

What you'll bring

5+ years of experience as a CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director in fintech, payments, e-commerce, crypto, PSP, EMI, MSB, or high-risk environments.
Proven experience building a financial function in a fast-growing company or international group.
Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
Hands-on experience working with international banks, payment providers, compliance procedures, account opening, and managing banking relationships.
Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, liquidity, settlements, client flows, and high-risk business models.
Experience working with international projects and multiple jurisdictions.
Experience interacting with shareholders, investors, auditors, and external consultants.
